Keep what you love and send the rest back. The authorization on your account will be released within a few business days (varies by financial institution), and you’ll only be charged for what you don't return.

When you check out with Home Try-On, we authorize your card for the full order value. This helps us verify that the card provided is active and has available funds to cover the cost of any items you keep. The authorization will be released after your trial ends, and you be charged separately only for the items you kept. Please note that the amount of time it takes for an authorization to be removed from your account depends on your financial institution.

Your 7-day trial starts once the carrier marks your order as delivered. You have until the end of your try-on period to postmark any returns.

You can return your items by mail or to your closest Happy Returns location using our returns portal.

Please note that in line with our return policy, all items must be returned with tags attached and in unused, unsoiled condition. All returns are subject to approval by our Customer Service team.
