Returns and Exchanges


We want you to love your purchases and want to help make your entire shopping experience at as pleasurable as possible. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 21 business days after you receive your items. If the 21 day deadline has passed and you still need to return or exchange your items, give us a call or send us an email and our customer service team will work with you to fairly and reasonably resolve your issue.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, with original tags attached.  

Please note that all sale items are ARE FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange or refund with the exception of our VIP sale items.

A customer service representative will review your request, and if approved, will issue an RA number (Return Authorization Number).  To help expedite your exchange or return please mark the outside of your returning package with this RA number and include your packing slip. 

For added ease we will provide a return shipping label, but the cost of postage will be deducted from your refund, please email us at: and we will send you a label that can be printed from home, attached to your package and dropped in your mailbox for your regular USPS mail carrier to pick up or you can also drop it your local post office. US Only. Please use a traceable carrier; we are not responsible for packages lost in route.

Return and exchange requests are processed Monday through Friday and credits will be issued to either your credit card or PayPal account. Customers will be notified via email once we’ve received and processed your returning item(s). is not responsible for tracking your credit with your financial institution, please give the process up to five (5) business days to arrive to your account.

*If you need to exchange an item or items for a different size or color‚ we will offer you FREE SHIPPING on your replacement order. Please call 424-344-1158 to speak with one of our Customer Care Specialists and have the shipping fee waived. 

Price Adjustments

If an item you purchased from that goes on sale for a lower price within 7 days of your original purchase, will refund the difference upon request.
